Final Event Update + Map + Daily Schedule

It’s game day! Check your confirmation emails for final know-before-you-go details and check out the festival grounds map with daily schedule to plan accordingly (see below)… but first some reminders… 🙂

RFID Wristband Activation

Seismic Dance Event is using Billfold POS & Payment Activations with your RFID wristband to process transactions FAST AF & securely. Simply walk up to an activation station (see map with $ icons below) and connect your RFID wristband to your card! You don’t have to put an amount down – it just connects your card for whenever you choose to use it! Then it’s just a tap + passcode whenever you buy a drink, merch, or food. Easy peasy.

So remember: your festival wristband will be RFID enabled and there’s kiosks to link your card. If you do not have a card, you can top up with cash instead.

Masks

Let’s have a final talk. As you know, the pandemic has presented a nuanced, continuously changing landscape. With the vaccinations, testing, low transmission rate, outdoor location, plus updated local and CDC guidelines… we have relaxed the final mask policy for this event. Please arrive with a mask and wear when in bar lines, bathrooms, vending lines, etc. When navigating around the grounds, you can make your judgment call.

We do emphasize that patrons still take steps to protect themselves and others.

Parking

To park by the festival, the cost for a parking pass is $25 per car for one day/night parking. Purchase prior to arrival via the ticketing section of our website.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⚠️⚠️ Cars are subject to towing if you leave them past the 10 AM cutoff (which includes a grace period), so please keep this in mind, as you won’t be able to leave your vehicle. ⚠️⚠️

After Hours

▪️ Our box office hours are from 1am-4am.
▪️ You must have a wristband for the festival and a ticket to the afterparty to be able to enter the afterparty.
▪️ Friday and Saturday are officially sold out – but we do still have tickets available for Sunday with Deborah de Luca!

Rain…

While the event is a rain or shine festival, in the event there is lightning, severe winds, or high precipitation levels / potential flooding, we would have to pause or evacuate the festival grounds as deemed by the official third party public safety team & meteorologist. Programming will resume if deemed safe enough to do so.
