Wristbands can be picked up at the box office upon arrival.
You will show your digital ticket QR code from Seetickets / Eventim.
Once scanned, you will receive your wristband.

Absolutely! Bring those empty hydration packs or refillable water bottles to utilize our water refill stations. Water will also be available for purchase.

Heads up! Our bar utilizes reusable cups. Your first drink will have an added $1 for the cup and if you bring it back to the bar, $1 is taken off your next! You can also dispose of your cups in the designated cup return bins.
Please help us out by not putting these in the trash or running off with them!

- Please pay mind to proper disposal: Recycling vs. Trash/Landfill vs. Cup Returns.
- No flash videography on the dance floor or in the crowds.
- No bright light-emitting clothing or accessories.
- Fans are allowed, but do not make audible sounds that will disrupt the observance of music.
- Please lower totems when in the main room and do not camp out in the center blocking patron’s views and our media recordings.
- Do not touch anyone without consent.
- If you see something, say something. Please alert festival staff or security if there are any concerns.

If you have found a lost item, please turn the item in to the merch tent.
If your items are lost, please check in at the merch tent during the event or main building during box office hours.
AFTER EVENT HOURS:
All remaining items will be taken to main box office when the event is over.
