Seismic Dance Event shakes up the norm as a boutique festival curated specifically for house, techno, and underground music enthusiasts located in Austin, TX. The premier house & techno festival of the southern US features a purposefully intimate size with a reputation for unbeatable lineups, top of the line production, and an impeccable crowd culture driven by an integrated, homegrown community. Seismic is curated and produced by RealMusic Events and located at its home venue The Concourse Project, which is owned and operated by the same collective organization.

Seismic Dance Event’s main editions (9.0 coming next, November 13-15, 2026) features three days of global headlining and regional artists, multiple stages (both indoor & outdoor), world class production, stunning performers, art installations, food trucks, vendors and most importantly, the coolest crowd from around the country & globe! Seismic is also a sustainably-minded & eco conscious event.

Seismic has received two nominations (in 2018 & 2023) by DJ Mag for Best Boutique Festival in the Best of North America poll as well as Best Music Festival nomination (2022/23) by Austin Chronicle. 

The Concourse Project is a state-of-the-art venue located in Austin, Texas. Within it’s first year of operation (2021/2022), Concourse was nominated for DJ Mags Top 100 Clubs, ranking #8 in the US and #39 worldwide, making it the highest ranking club for a new entry to the global list.

Since then, the venue has continued to climb DJ Mag’s Top 100 list, currently sitting at a rank of #3 i the US & #31 in the world as of 2026. In it’s most recently received accolade, The Concourse Project was voted Best Dance Club by The Austin Chronicle’s Best of 2026, further solidifying it as a staple in Austin’s music scene.
